Use an individual public Instagram photo, feed-video or carousel post. Each returned item has its own download. A carousel can also be saved as one ZIP, with its files kept in post order.

THE FILE
Keep what the source actually returns
Files are copied from the available Instagram source without image resizing or video re-encoding. Format, byte size and any measured image dimensions come from the returned file—not a promised resolution. The result is not guaranteed to match the creator’s original upload.
A complete post must fit the implemented 200 MiB preparation limit. Temporary results expire after 10 minutes. Preparing one complete post counts as one successful download toward the shared free allowance of three in a rolling 24-hour period; individual files from that prepared set do not count again.

Unavailable content receives an error instead of a thumbnail pretending to be the requested file. No credentials are needed to try a public post.

What can I save with this Instagram post saver?
Paste one public /p/ post link. The tool prepares the image and video files returned for that post, in their post order. It does not handle profiles, Stories or private content.
How do I save Instagram posts as files?
Get the files, then download an individual item or the complete post ZIP. This saves files to your device; it does not add a bookmark to your Instagram account.
Can I download Instagram posts without installing an app?
Yes. The interface works in your browser. It does not request an Instagram login or an account registration.
Where will my downloads go?
Your browser chooses the download location. Check its Downloads list to find a saved file. Saving an image file does not automatically add it to a phone's photo library.
Does this page also download Reels?
No. Use the existing Reels tool for /reel/ links. This page has a separate job: individual public post files and complete carousels.
